Join the session at agreed time arriving a few minutes early to settle in.
Wear loose clothing to allow for movement, in a quiet and comfortable space.
A yoga mat with cushion/meditation cushion is ideal. Alternatively, a seat that you can sit safely and comfortably move your upper body and arms behind you.
Clean hands and face is a must with a little moisturiser or preferably serum on hand.
Keeping your camera on during group classes helps to create connection and maximise the benefits. Please keep you camera on if you have purchased a bespoke personalised class.
Have some water or herbal tea to hand (not too hot!) and enjoy this precious time you are taking for yourself.
